This has become a go to breakfast for the littles. I make a pan on Sundays and it lasts all week.

I can mix this with a wooden spoon, however I suggest that if you are going to add real peanut butter, a hand mixer would be a big help.
I have not substituted real peanut butter for the powdered peanut butter (yet). I would possibly omit a table spoon or two of milk. I will update on that once I've tried it.
If you prefer to use a vegan protein rather than collagen, I would use unflavoured, or a vanilla flavoured one. I have used vanilla hemp protein powder in these in place of collage. I would reduce the sugar by a tablespoon since the vanilla has some sweetness.
