Pilates isn’t reserved for the dancers, or performers. It isn’t for the flexible and strong! Joseph Pilates created this modality for each and every body, just the way it is. Jacqueline has spent 20 years working through most every phase of life doing Pilates. As a dancer, a university student, an expectant mum, recovering postpartum, and recovering from numerous surgeries. She has personal experience with these things, and is willing to work with you towards your goals.
